Frank Hudson
Vinton - Frank Hudson, 74, retired farmer, at his home here Tuesday at 3:30 p.m., following a lingering illness; born Dec. 28, 1873, near Walker to Mr. and Mrs. George Hudson; married Edith Miller at Center Point, Ia., Dec. 22, 1896; retired to Vinton in 1942 from a farm near Watkins; was a member of the Walker Methodist church; surviving besides his widow are five children, Mr. J. T. Barker of Phelps, Wis.; Mrs. Glenn Calvert, Nora Springs, Ia.; Zail Hudson, Cedar Rapids, Ia.; Mrs. A. E. Whitney, Waterloo, and Kenneth Hudson, Blairstown, Ia.; two brothers, two sisters and 19 grandchildren; services...Fry-Holland funeral home, with the Rev. Park Anderson, Methodist paster, in charge; burial in Walker cemetery.
