Mary Ann Hayward
Mrs. J. W. Hayward died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Otis Stone in Vinton last Thursday morning in her 72d year. Her maiden name was Mary Ann Wyckoff and she was a sister of A. J. and Elijah Wyckoff, of Polk township. Thirty-nine years ago she and her husband came to Urbana. or Marysville, as it was then known. Deceased was the mother of eight children, five of whom are living. Those here are Mrs. Hugh Brody, Mrs. Stone, Mrs. Taylor, and son Claud. The funeral was at Primmer church and the burial at Kisling cemetery.
