Mrs. George Dufresne
On Monday morning, April 26, 1909, the unwelcomed messenger, death, came to the home of George DuFresne and robbed from him and his children a wife and mother. Mrs. DuFresne was born May 17, 1866. She was twice married. To the first union was born one son, James. On October 15, 1888, she was married to her second husband and to this union four children were born, Arthur, Ida, Earl and Chester. The funeral was held following Wednesday at Prairie Church at 11 o'clock, conducted by the pastor Rev. T.G. Breaw.
For some years Mrs. DuFresne has been in a decline of health, but a few days prior to her death, she was taken down with pneumonia, which soon brought the inevitable hour. The grief stricken husband and sorrowing children have the tenderest sympathy of their friends.
