William Dermot, Resident of Norway For 70 Years Died Sunday
William Dermont
William Dermont, who had resided in Norway for 70 years, died Sunday morning at the home of George Fahnle, with whom he had made his home.
Funeral Services were held Tuesday morning at 10:30 in the Methodist church, conducted by Rev. I. O. Arnold. The body was then taken to Richmond, Ill, for burial. {Submitter comment: On Billiongraves I found William Dermont buried at Richmond Cemetery in Richmond, Illinois. Note the different spelling: the newspaper obituary says "Dermot." There are at least four other Dermont graves in this cemetery. Findagrave lists other family members buried here or in the area.
