ARMY OF THE UNITED STATES

To all whom it may concern:
Know Ye, that John Conrardy, a Private
of Captain Arthur N. Allyn, Company A of the 2nd Battn
?? Regiment of the ?? Infantry who was inducted the thirtieth
day of April, one thousand eight hundred and sixty
two to serve three years, is hereby discharged
from the Army of the United States in consequence of expiration
of term of service
Said John Conrardy was born in
the State of Germany, is twenty-one years of age, five feet
six 1/2 inches high, light complexion, grey eyes, light hair
and by occupation when enlisted a Wagon Maker.
Given under my hand at Lookout Mt., Georgia
this thirtieth day of April in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five

this 5th day of May in the year one
thousand eight hundred sixty five personally appeared
before me the undersigned a Justice of the Peace for the county
and State above mentioned.
The ??? sworn according to law, declares that he is
the identified John Connrardy who was
a private in Captain Arthur N.
Allyn's Company ???
16 Regiment of U.S. ??? that he enlisted on the 30th day of April 1862
for the term of three years and was discharged
Lookout Mountain on the 30th day
April 1865 by the Expiration
of Service
