Forbush Cemetery

Walnut Township, Section 13.

The cemetery is north of Centerville in the old defunct coal mining town of Forbush.   Take Highway 5 to 490th St. and turn west.   Take 490th to 220th Ave. and go about 1/2 north, the cemetery is on the west side of the road.

Only one stone remains in this approximately 100 square foot area.
