The United States Army, as a Testimonial of Honest and Faithful Service, is hereby Honorably Discharged from the military service of the United States by reason of: Tel. W.D. Nov. 15, 1918. Letter A.G.A. Nov. 30, 1918.

Said George W. Bell was born in Postville in the State of Iowa. When enlisted he was 26 5/6 years of age, and by occupation a Harness Maker. He had Blue eyes, Brown hair, Fair complexion and was 5 feet 3 inches in height.
