Miss Veronica Taylor To Take WAAC Finals At Des Moines Monday
Miss Veronica H. Taylor, 2422 Carey avenue, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E.M. Taylor, will leave tomorrow night for Des Moines where she reports Monday for her final examination for entry into the WAACS.
Miss Taylor, who has been employed as junior clerk at the Rock Island arsenal was born and raised in Davenport and attended the Davenport high school. She hopes to be assigned eventually to the motor transport corps.
