Three Waterloo women, Privates Mae Qual, daughter of Mrs. Sidney Qual, 207 Vaughn street; Karena Sulentic, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dan F. Sulentic, 203 Allen street; and Eunice M. Widman, daughter of G.H. Widman, 430 Florence street, will report for duty June 1, at Schick general hospital, Clinton, Ia., upon completion of basic and medical training at Fort Oglethorpe, Ga. They are serving in the Purple Heart program of the Women's army corps designed to take care of Iowans at the hospital.

Miss Karena Sulentic, former technician fourth grade, arrived home Saturday following her discharge from the Wac at Seattle, Wash., where she arrived June 11, from Yokohama, Japan, where she has been serving since November, 1946. She is the daughter of Mrs. Dan Sulentic, 203 Allen street.
