Sgt. Florence (Schulz) Davis

 

 

Sgt. Florence Schulz Davis, formerly of Traer, is one of the five Iowa women who were among the first Wacs to arrive in Paris a week after the liberation of the capital. Sergeant Davis was also in the first mobile unit of Wacs to arrive in France shortly after D-day. She is the daughter of Mr and Mrs. Herman C. Schulz, Traer.
