Her Husband in Army in Africa, Her Brother in Navy, Genevieve Joins the Waves
With her brother, Charles Stephens, in the navy and her husband, Ben B. Butler, in the army in North Africa, Mrs. Genevieve Butler, 315 1/2 Buff street, has made it a threesome helping Uncle Sam by joining the Waves. She has been summoned to start training at Hunter college, New York, on March 23. Her husband is a staff sergeant in North Africa and formerly was in a national guard company here, and her brother is now visiting here on a leave from Great Lakes, Ill., navy training station.
