Former Manning Teacher With Red Cross in India
Cyrilla Anderson, American Red Cross assistant program director, whose safe arrival in India was announced today, formerly taught English and dramatics in the Manning high school.
Miss Anderson is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Seth Anderson, Brandy apartments, Denison. Until her Red Cross appointment, she taught English at Lincoln Park, Michigan high school. She had previously taught in Manning and Harlan.
She is a graduate of Odebolt high school, Northwestern University and the University of Iowa, where she received her A.B. degree in 1936.
