Melvin, Iowa – Warren F. Schroeder, 22, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Schroeder, route 1, Melvin, is enrolled in the navy school for electricians at Iowa State College, Ames.

Warren Franklin Schroeder was born Oct. 28, 1920 to Henry F. and Idena Davids Schroeder. He died Sept. 23, 1995 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Anita, IA.
Warren served in World War II with the U.S. Navy.
