NEWS of the BOYS in the Service
Robert S. Strub, S1/c, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Strub of Merrill, has been transferred from the armed guard duty to amphibious service and is at present located at San Diego, California.

Robert Strub was born Aug. 30, 1923 to Joseph C. and Marie M. Larson Strub. He died Aug. 1, 1994 and is buried in Assumption Catholic Cemetery, Merrill, IA.
