LOCAL BRIEFS.

Dale Rickabaugh, who left last week is now taking his boot training at San Diego, California. This is the fourth son of Mr. and Mrs. Pat Rickabaugh is in the armed forces; Max Rickabaugh is stationed at the naval air base at San Diego; Jack Rickabaugh is in the Army in Italy and when last heard from he was near Rome; and George Rickabaugh is in the naval hospital at San Diego. Another son, Donald Rickabaugh, lost his life in an accident at Pearl Harbor some time before the war. He had been in the Navy 11 years.

FOUR RICKABAUGH BROTHERS SERVING IN ARMED FORCES

Dale Rickabaugh, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. Rickabaugh, left last week for San Diego, Calif., to take his boot training at the Naval training station. He notified his parents Monday that he had arrived at the station.

Mr. and Mrs. Rickabaugh have three sons already in service. Max Rickabaugh is in the Navy at the air base at San Diego, Calif., and is an aviation ordinance man second class. Private George Rickabaugh is at the San Diego Naval hospital. Staff Sergeant Jack Rickabaugh is in the Fifth Army somewhere in Italy. He was a member of Company K and left for service with the first contingent for camp and has been overseas since February, 1942.

SOLDIER NEWS.

Dale Rickabaugh, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Rickabaugh, arrived home from San Diego last night on boot leave.  After he returns, he will attend an engineering school to which he has been assigned.

SOLDIER NEWS.

Dale Rickabaugh, seaman 2/c left for San Diego, Calif., Thursday, after visiting four days in the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Pat Rickabaugh. He will attend an engineer’s school at San Diego.
