Cecil Lavone Forinash was born Dec. 9, 1917 to John Clell and Mary Taff Forinash. He died July 25, 2014 and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
Col. Forinash served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps Observation Squadron in the Philippine Islands and was taken prisoner at the fall of Corregidor.
