Paige Byron Travis was born Feb. 4, 1926 to Thomas C. and Sylvia LeRayTravis. He died May 25, 1945 and is memorialized at the Courts of the Missing, Court 2, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Petty Officer Travis served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Spectacle (AM-305) and was MIA/FOD/KIA while serving aboard that vessel near le Shima in the Pacific area. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
