Paul James Ocheltree was born Aug. 12, 1899 to William Ray and Laura Rice Ocheltree. He died Nov. 29, 1942 and is buried in Oakdale Memorial Gardens, Davenport, IA.

Pvt. Ocheltree served in World War II with the U.S. Army and died from a heart attack, two days after passing his physical exam for the Army.

Melvin Thaulow Orstad was born Nov. 28, 1910 to Thaulow Thomas and Marie “Mary” Bertha Hokenson Orstad. He died Oct. 10, 1944 and is buried in Epinal American Cemetery, Dinoze, France.

Pvt. Orstad served in World War II with the U.S. Army 30th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division and was KIA in France and awarded the Purple Heart.

Edgar Walton Osterberg was born Feb. 27, 1916 to Carl Oscar Emil and Maria Louisa Lundin Osterberg. He died July 15, 1945 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines and in Davenport Memorial Park, Davenport, IA.

Lt. Osterberg served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 319th Bomber Squadron, 90th Bomber Group, Heavy and was MIA/KIA in Mindora, Philippine Islands and was awarded the Purple Heart and Air Medal with 2 Oak Leaf Clusters.

Arthur Chubb Owens was born Feb. 25, 1920 to Arthur L. and Mabel M. Chubb Owens. He died July 29, 1998 and is buried in Davenport Memorial Park, Davenport, IA.

Pvt. Owens served with the U.S. Army in World War II.

Donald Owens was born Feb. 20, 1915 to Enoch Edgar and Eva Ruth McCune Owens. He died Feb. 19, 1971 and is buried in Rock Island National Cemetery, Rock Island, IL. 

Sgt. Owens served with the U.S. Army in World War II and was awarded the Purple Heart.
