Clark Wesley Hagle was born Nov. 16, 1917 to George Wilford and Nora Alberta Zuber Hagle. He died Feb. 14, 198t and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Red Oak, IA.

Pvt. Hagle served in World War II with the U.S. Army 168th Infantry, 34th Division and was MIA/POW while in the service of his country.

John Bernard Halbert was born May 24, 1918 to George Arthur and Minnie May Gemmill Halbert. He died Nov. 24, 1994 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Red Oak, IA.

Sgt. Halbert served in World War II with the U.S. Army 168th Infantry, 34th Division and was MIA/POW while serving his country.

Dean Warren Halbert was born Feb. 11, 1921 to George Arthur and Minnie May Gemmill Halbert. He died Aug. 28, 1943 in a Polish prison camp. He was shot while attempting to escape. He is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Red Oak, IA. His body was returned to the U.S. for burial in 1949.

Pvt. Halbert served in World War II with the U.S. Army 168th Infantry, 34th Division and was MIA/POW while serving his country. He died while he was a POW.

Harold William Halbert was born Dec. 20, 1911 to George Arthur and Minnie May Gemmill Halbert. He died May 30, 1970 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Red Oak, IA.

Chief Petty Officer Halbert served with the U.S. Navy in World War II aboard the USS Mizar (AF-12).

Donald M. Hale was born Mar. 5, 1921 to Francis Powell and Ethel Mae Garrison Hale. He died May 18, 1944 and is buried in Villisca Cemetery, Villisca, IA.

Lt. Hale served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps and was the co-pilot on B-17G Flying Fortress #42-104133 which crashed near Rapid City Army Air Base, South Dakota. As a group of bombers were getting into a formation after takeoff, for a flight eastward to head to the European theater of the war, the plane, suddenly, for reasons not determined, nose dived into the ground from about 2,000 feet elevation. All aboard were killed.

Robert Albert Hayes was born July 18, 1917 to Charles H. and Clara Karsten Hayes. He died Oct. 29, 1944 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Red Oak, IA.

Lt. Hayes served in World War II with the U.S. Army 382nd Infantry, 96th Division and died in the service of his country in the Philippine Islands.

Ivan Ellis Haynes was born Feb. 11, 1920 to Roy Ellis and Mabel Leota Briggs Haynes. He died May 28, 2008 and is buried in Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, WA.

Sgt. Haynes served in World War II with the U.S. Army 168th Infantry, 34th Division and was MIA/POW while in the service of his country.

Donald Lee Hite was born Mar. 3, 1909 to Clark and Jessie Josephine Heberlee Hite. He died Nov. 30, 1945 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Red Oak, IA. Pvt. Hite served with the U.S. Army Field Artillery in World War II.
