William Wallace Harding was born May 11, 1918 to William “Wig” and Iantha Mefford Harding. He died Apr. 12, 1943 and is buried in Highland Cemetery, Eddyville, IA. 

Pvt. Harding served with the U.S. Army 113th Cavalry in World War II.

Dana Lewis Harter was born Sept. 13, 1925 to Chester O. and Louise M. Andrews Harter. He died Feb. 12, 2010 in AZ.

Pvt. Harter served in World War II with the U.S. Marine Corps and was wounded in action.

Tracy Leon Heitsman was born Apr. 28, 1911 to James Ernest and Dollie Pearl McCain Heitsman. He died Dec. 27, 1947 and is buried in New Sharon Friends Cemetery, New Sharon, IA.

Tracy served with the U.S. Coast Guard in World War II.

Clarence Stanley Hodgson was born Aug. 28, 1922 to Clyde Bryan and Mima Fern Lemmon Hodgson. He died Nov. 22, 1943, was buried at sea, and is memorialized in Highland Cemetery, Eddyville, IA.

Cpl. Hodgson served in World War II with the U.S. Marine Corps and died of wounds received in action on Tarawa.

Hubert Dwight Hough was born Feb. 17, 1920 to Harvey and Grace May James Hough. He died Nov. 20, 1995 and is buried in Garrett Cemetery, Delta, IA.

Petty Officer Hough served in World War II with the U.S. Navy and became a Japanese POW.

Hubert Earle Hoy was born Dec. 25, 1908 to Wilbur and Lucy Pendray Hoy. He died Jan. 21, 1946 and is buried in Forest Cemetery, Oskaloosa, IA. 

Cpl. Hoy served in World War II with the U.S. Army 719th Military Police Battalion.

Leo Edward Hubbell was born Oct. 13, 1920 to Albert Evans and Clista M. Sigafoose Hubbell. He died Apr. 28, 2005 and is buried in Beacon Cemetery, Beacon, IA. Leo served with the U.S. Army in World War II.

Maurice Roger Hull was born Aug. 28, 1926 to Frank G. and Blanche A. Robinson Hull. He died Nov. 14, 1945 (At Sea) and has a cenotaph in New Sharon Friends Cemetery, New Sharon, IA.
