1st Lt. Bigley served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps as a pilot of a B-17 Flying Fortress. He was awarded the Air Medal and two Oak Leaf Clusters.

Sgt. Borden served in World War II with the U.S. Army 607th Field Artillery Battalion, 71st Infantry Division and was KIA in Germany. He was awarded the Silver Star.

Ronald Henry Brockway was born Nov. 6, 1918 to Arthur Pearl and Etta Mae Miller Brockway. He died Aug. 29, 1999 and is buried in Wapello Cemetery, Wapello, IA.
Petty Officer Brockway served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Hornet (CV-8) when they took Col. Doolittle and the B-25 bombers on their bombing raid on Tokyo. The Hornet (CV-8) was sunk during the Battle of Santa Cruz Island. He went to sea again aboard the USS Princeton (CVL-23) which was sunk in battle in the Pacific.

Charles Vernon Brown was born Jan. 23, 1918 to Vernon K. and Edna L. Ross Brown. He died May 18, 1998 and is buried in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Oklahoma City, OK.
