Richard Stanley Cummins was born Dec. 23, 1909 to Leonard and Susan Stanley Cummins He died in 1958 and is buried in Hamburg Cemetery, Hamburg, IA.

Sgt. Cummins served in World War II with the U.S. Army 5024th Signal Service Group and was awarded the Bronze Star.
