Sgt. Ellis served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 24th Combat Mapping Squadron, 8th Photo Group.

James Oren Elmore was born Mar. 7, 1920 to Oren and Grace Drury Elmore. He died Feb. 22, 1945 and is buried in Lincoln Memorial Park, Portland, OR. 

GySgt. Elmore served in World War II with the U.S. Marine Corps and was KIA on Iwo Jima.
