DECORAH HIGH SCHOOL.
The Class of '95 Graduates on Friday June 21st.
Exercises in Afternoon and Evening—
Address by Pres’t Beardshear—
The Program.

The class of 1895 in the Decorah High School will reach the goal of scholastic ambition on Friday evening. The members of the class are:

Siihring, Albert

Their motto is “Rowing, not Floating,” and their emblem, The Rose.
This year a new departure is taken in the order of exercises, and the collegiate form adopted in lieu of the custom heretofore in vogue. The regular class day exercises of recitations, declamations and essays will be held at the Opera House in the afternoon, and in the evening the chief item will be an address by Hon. W. M. Beardshear, president of Iowa State Agricultural College, one of the ablest instructors in the state, and who combines eloquence with ability, as his brief address at the County Fair in 1893 attested. Kovarik’s orchestra and the High School Glee Club (an outgrowth of the introduction of music into our schools) will furnish the music.

PRESENTATION OF DIPLOMAS.
To defray necessary expenses a uniform charge of 10 cents admission will be made both afternoon and evening. Tickets on sale at Schrubbe’s, beginning Monday.

On Thursday afternoon next (the 20th) the grades will have their closing exer cises, consisting of recitations, songs, etc., in the high school room. At the same time an exhibition of school work will be open in tho rooms on the second floor. All are asked to Inspect this work, which is not specially prepared for show, but represents the daily work of the pupils.
