Will of John S. Williams

In the name of God, Amen, John S. Williams of the Township of Mason, in the County of Taylor, and State of Iowa, of the age of Fifty-three years, and being of sound mind, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, in manner following, that is to say—First after paying all my just debts, I give and bequeath to my wife, Rachel Williams all my personal property and real estate consisting of the South half the Southeast quarter of section No. (7)  Seven and North half of NE quarter of section No. (18) Eighteen, all in Township No. (68) sixty eightNorth Range No. (35) thirty five West containing one hundred and sixty acres and lastly, I do hereby appoint Samuel Scarlet and Emmit Blagrave my friends, to be the Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my name this 27th day of September A D 1859.
