1. Call
to Order
The
Chair, Lynn McCleary, called the meeting to order on January 28, 2018 on the
Friends-l IAGenWeb list.
Board
members present were: President- Lynn
McCleary; Vice President- Paul Nagy; Secretary- Janelle Martin; Treasurer -Mark
Christian
Directors
present were: Karen DeGroote, Conni McDaniel-Hall,
Sharyl Ferrall, Barbara Hug, Cheryl Siebrass, Linda Ziemann, Bill Haloupek, Gail Kilgore, Steve Williams, Constance Diamond,
Ralph Leonard
Director-At-Large:
Nettie Mae Lucas was absent. There were ten guest requests added to the e-mail
meeting.

Report
The
Secretary, Janelle Martin, presented the report:

With
no additions or corrections, the minutes were approved.
3. Treasurer’s
Report
Financial
Reports as of December 31, 2017 and January 31, 2018 can be found at:

For
the calendar year 2017 income (donations) increased by $210.06 over
2016
while expenses (server, fees, domain) increased $79.94. The year-end assets of
$15,849.49 were an increase of $633.69 over the previous year.
As
of January 31, 2018 our assets are $15,808.35.
We
remain within the current 2017/2018 authorized budget of $65.95 per month
server cost.
IRS
Form 990-N for 2017 has been E-filed and accepted by the IRS.
We
continue to carry a zero Liabilities balance.
The Treasurer’s Report was approved as
submitted.
4. Closing Comments and Adjournment
With no comments or further business,
President Lynn McCleary declared the meeting adjourned on February 2, 2018.
