Call to Order

The Acting Chair, Steve Williams, called the meeting to order on April 16, 2012 to be conducted on the IAGW-CM list.

The following directors were present: Steve Williams, Dave Dinham, Karen DeGroote-Johnson, Barbara Hug, Don Kelly, Linda Ziemann, Constance Diamond, Sharyl Ferrall, Rich Lowe, Mark Christian, Gail Kilgore, Greta Thompson

Announcements

The acting chair announced the following:

As Vice President, I will be substituting for President Ralph Leonard in
his absence per the Articles of Association.  Ralph is excused from this
meeting.

New Business

• It was moved by Karen De Groote-Johnson and seconded by Barbara Hug that we approve funding of the renewal of the domain names iowagravestones.org and iowagravestones.com for a period of five years each at a total cost not to exceed $200 dollars.
