I'm tracking my g-g-grandfather, Smith Benson, born about 1825 in New York.
He was represented in 1894 by the law firm of "Allen, Reppert, Reed & Ellis" of Harlan, Iowa.
Does this law firm still exist today? Or is there someone I could contact who might be able to tell me where my g-g-grandfather's settlement was mailed in order to help me find out where he spent his last years? Thank you.

I would love to know whatever happened to Olga after she left Elva at the home, as well as where she and her family came from. Any help with this mystery, would be greatly appreciated.
