Used divided back postcard, "I Have Been on the Hop, Skip and Jump Since I Came to Shelby, Iowa But Haven't Forgotten You." Postmarked March 11, 1916 6PM at Shelby, Iowa. Addressed to Miss Marjorie Woods, Maquoketa, Iowa % C C Woods. Message reads: "Thursday 9:30PM. My Dear Miss Marjorie, We've landed safely in Shelby, horses came thru in good shape I believe that will interest you. Your cousin, Allen J. Woods."
