This Astor Cemetery transcription was contributed by Norma Prince, who walked the cemetery in 1998. About half of the people in the cemetery were from Crawford County and the others from Shelby county.

The cemetery is located one half mile south and one mile west of the old settlement of Astor. (The settlement was across the line in Crawford County).
