W. E. ARMSTRONG
W. E. Armstrong, barber, formerly of Humboldt, Humboldt county, Ia. (where he was engaged in business two years) came to Harlan in Dec, 1880, and established his present business on the west side of square; moved to his present room, which adjoins
the City Hotel office, in Oct., 1881. He runs two chairs, keeping one man to assist.
