The Dulany Cafe, which was recently purchased by E. H. WILLEY and Raymond TEALE, was purchased by the RUSK Brothers,
Earl and Leonard.

Jrs.John F. FLYNN and E. S. LONG have opened a real estate office in the Bowlby building on the west side of
the square. Their advertisment in this issue of the Record-News reads, "Representing southern Missouri
land on easy payments, $5 down; $5 per month, No interest, no taxes."

A deal was closed yesterday whereby George HALDERMAN sold his interest in the HALDERMAN & FULLER Restaurant
and Bakery to his brother-in-law, George ROGERS. Possession will not be given until October 1. Mr. HALDERMAN expects
to engage in the jewelry business, but has not decided upon a location.
