A horse, owned by Wesley Hymbaugh, of Redding, was killed about 5:30 p.m. Thursday as the result of being struck by a car approximately three miles east of Redding on Highway 169.

A sister act, Cindy and Anne Harover, won first place in the Bill Riley talent show Monday night. A near capacity crowd was on hand for the sixth annual event, sponsored by the Band Boosters, at the school auditorium.

The Reverand Edwin G. Ziemann, Assemblies of God missionary to Ghana, West Africa, will speak tomorrow night at 7:30 in the Assembly of God church in Mount Ayr, the Rev. G. C. Fowler, pastor, has announced.
