The annual Ringgold County Reunion will be held February 6 at Ann's Restaurant, 221 W. Business 83, San Juan, Texas. Registration will begin at 11 a.m. Lloyd and Kay Drake. 641-234-0501

There was a fairly good turnout for the Ringgold Co. Reunion held Friday, February 6th at Ann's Cafe in San Juan, TX. Lloyd and Kay Drake from Tingley were the hosts and did a good job.

Those coming from Mount Ayr were Lee and Shirley Brand, Francis and Marilyn Pritchett, Rose James, Lyle and Janet Hogue, Twila Perlenfine Simon, Paul McKinney and Mary Williamson.

Those coming from Tingley were Lloyd and Kay Drake. Those coming from Diagonal were Dave and Liz Wiley, Alan and Kay Oshel (formerly Diagonal) and Bessie Austin.

Those coming fom Ellston were Quentin and Rita Anderson and Wade and Elaine Weise. Those coming from Maloy were Theron and Marilyn Johnson.

Those coming from Iowa included Ken and Phyllis Robinson from Prescott, Myrtle Balew and Hiatt and Darlene Rice from Creston, Pat Koontz from Prole, Art and Carol Hayes from Council Bluffs, Ed and Gay Hightshoe from Polk City and Jerry and Debbie Sobotka from DeSota.

Other attending were Roger Nauman from Gary, MN, Ben McCord from Nixa, MO, Melvin Curry from Willard, MO and Glen Johnson from Camdenton, MO.

Everyone had a good time visiting and reminiscing about the good old days.

It was decided to have the reunion again next year and Lloyd and Kay will still be hosting the party. A big thank you to Lloyd and Kay for making the arrangements for us. It is appreciated.
