JOSEPH CLOUGH, banker, was born March 30, 1871 in Union County, Iowa, the son of Samuel and Mary F. (MORELY) CLOUGH. He was educated in the common schools of Iowa and the Iowa Business College of Des Moines. He married March 18, 1903 in Leon, Iowa to Carrie Norma HOLLAND, and the couple have one daughter, Velda Marie CLOUGH. He has been an bank clerk and bank owner since 1892, and is the sole owner of the Bank of Ellston. Mr. CLOUGH is a republican and a member of the Christian (Deciple) Church. He enjoys motoring, travel, and literature. Address: Ellston, Iowa.
