WILLIAM C. RAWLINGS

        Valerie Alice Botts was married at her family home east of Elliott to William C. Rawlings of Cornwall, England on Nov. 27, 1892. The couple farmed east of Elliott until a heart condition forced Mr. Rawlings to quit farming. In later years he was confined to his bed. The children of William and Valeria Rawlings were: Ward Rawlings, Sidney Rawlings, Ocea Rawlings, Gennece Rawlings Johnson.
