                                      Farmer, Sec. 34; P.O. Edenville; born July 14, 1822, in Jennings Co., Ind.; in 1837, came to Camden Co., Mo.; in 1836, came to Marshall Co., Iowa; owns 240 acres, valued at $30 per acre. Married Sarah E. Fraseur in February, 1852; she was born in April, 1836, in Cedar Co., Iowa; she is a daughter of Benjamin Fraseur, of Cedar Co., who died in 1876, aged 80 years; have five children—Dora, William, Benjamin, George and Dollie.
