RICHLAND. Located in the southeast corner of Keokuk county, 21 miles
from Sigourney (c h), and 9 west of Pleasant Plain, the usual shipping
station, on the S. W. br. C., R. I. & P. Ry. It contains 3 churches, a
weekly newspaper, the "Clarion", and a public school.
