Census Sampling Questions

Persons whose names were listed on specific lines had additional questions.  Unfortunately, the only inmate listed was from line 29 and the answer was "Unknown".

Unfortunately, not much information was given regarding the 'inmates' so I just did the columns that were filled in.  Column 21 had "Inst" marked for each person.
