2007-08: WLVA consolidates with Sac City (Northwest Conference) to form East Sac CountyLaurens-Marathon leaves for the Northwest Conference. Membership decreases to 6.
2003-04: Southeast Webster-Grand joins from the North Star Conference. Membership increases to 8.
1996-97: Alta-Aurelia splits; and AltaAurelia, and Sac City leave to help form the Northwest Conference. Membership decreases to 7.
1992-93: WLVA joins from the Bo-Coon ConferenceMembership increases to 9. 
1989-90: Prairie Community consolidates with Cedar Valley (Central Valley Conferece) to form Prairie Valley. Manson consolidates with Northwest Webster (Central Valley Conferece) to form Manson-Northwest Webster. Both schools remain in the conference. River Valley splits; Rolfe is absorbed by Pocahontas, which is renamed Pocahontas AreaGilmore City-Bradgate consolidates with Twin Rivers to form Twin River Valley. The new school competes in the North Star Conference. Alta-Aurelia joins from the Sioux Valley Conference after Alta and Aurelia consolidate. Membership remains at 8.
1988-89: Lake City consolidates with Lohrville (Bo-Coon Conference) to form Southern Cal. Membership remains at 8.
1987-88: River Valley, formed by the consolidation of Gilmore City-Bradgate and Rolfe (both of the River Valley Conference) joins. Membership increases to 8.
1983-84: Albert City-Truesdale leaves for the Cornbelt Conference. Membership decreases to 7.
1978-79: Twin Rivers, Gilmore City-Bradgate, and Rolfe leave to help form the River Valley ConferenceSac City and Lake City of the Midwest Conference; and Prairie Community join. Membership remains at 8.
1976-77: Laurens consolidates with Marathon (Cornbelt Conference) to form Laurens-Marathon. The new school remains in the conference. Membership remains at 8.
1958-59: Lake City leaves for the Midwest ConferenceTwin Rivers and Gilmore City-Bradgate join from the Boone Valley Conference. Membership increases to 8.
