2019-20: Iowa Christian Academy closes. Membership decreases to 12.
2017-18: Grandview Christian drops out of the conference for boy's basketball, but remains in other sports. Membership remains at 13.
2013-14: Ankeny Christian, Grandview Park Baptist, Iowa Christian Academy, and Orient-Macksburg join from the disbanding Rolling Hills Conference. Membership increases to 13.
2010-11: Lineville-Clio closes. Membership decreases to 9.
2008-09: Russell closes. Membership decreases to 10.
2002-03: Fox Valley closes. Membership decreases to 11.
1996-97: Twin Cedars joins from Des Moines River Conference. Membership increase to 12.
1993-94: Diagonal, Fox Valley, and Lineville-Clio join. Membership increases to 11.
1991-92: Murray joins from the Southern Empire Conference. Blakesburg is absorbed by Eddyville (Des Moines River Conference). Membership remains at 8.
1989-90: Blakesburg, Moulton-Udell, and Russell join from the Empire Conference. Membership increases to 8.
1988-89: Central Decatur, Southeast Warren, and Wayne, Corydon leave to help found the Pride of Iowa Conference. Membership decreases to 5.
1968-69: Lineville-Clio leaves to help form the South Central 8 Conference. Moravia joins.
1966-67: ACL splits; Allerton and Cambria-Corydon consolidate with Millerton to form Wayne, Corydon. Lineville-Clio remains in the conference. Membership remains at 8.
1962-63: Leon becomes Central Decatur. Melcher-Dallas and Southeast Warren join. East Union, Bedford, Mount Ayr, and Lenox leave to help form the Tall Corn Conference. Membership decreases to 8.
1961-62: Corydon becomes Cambria-Corydon. Membership remains at 10.
1960-61: Osceola leaves for the South Central Conference. ACL, Mormon Trail, and East Union join the conference. Membership increases to 10.
1948-49: Seymour joins. Membership increases to 8.
1946-47: Osceola joins from the South Central Conference. Membership increases to 7.
1939-40: Lamoni, Bedford, Mount Ayr, Lenox, Leon, and Corydon form the Bluegrass Conference. Original membership is 6.
