I, MARY SCHULTZ, of Charles City in the county of Floyd and State of Iowa, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.

FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my demise as conveniently may be.

SECOND: After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath all my property and estate, real, personal and mixed, of every name, kind and description, and wherever situate or found, unto my husband JOHN E. SCHULTZ.

It is therefore hereby ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that said Will be and the same is hereby admitted to probate and record as and for the  last Will and Testament of Mary Schultz, deceased, and that it be recorded in the proper record of Wills in Floyd County, Iowa.

And now on this same day this estate comes on to be heard on the written refusal of William H. Meyer, the person nomnated in the last will and testament of decedent as Executor thereof to accept said trust and act as said Executor.THIRD: I hereby appoint my brother WILLIAM H. MEYER of the City of Chicago, County of Cook and State of Illinois, Executor of my Will and request that he be not required to give other than his personal bond without surety.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I hereunto set my hand and seal this Twenty-Ninth (29th) day of June, A. D. 1908.

The foregoing instrument, consisting of this one page, was signed, published and declared by the said MARY SCHULTZ as and for HER LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT in the presence of us, who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereof this Twenty-ninth (29th) day of June, A. D. 1908.

I, F. M. Graham Clerk of the District Court, of the State of Iowa, in and for said County, do hereby certify that the foregoing Will of Mary Schultz Deceased, was, on the 11th day of December A. D., 1912, duly proved and admitted to probate and record in said District Court, in accordance with Law.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand, and affixed the Seal of the said Court, at my office in Charles City, in said County, on this 11th day of December A. D., 1912.
