Sec.22 N range 7-W; The ground passed through several hands from 1847 to 1856 when it passed to James L. Black and wife Susan the brother of Margaret wife of Boyd Pease. Within the next day it passed to Boyd and between 1856-1861 they built a southern style Victorian with front porch and balcony.
