Notes: The JAMES Family Line came from Tennessee. The Exact Location is not known. It's believed that they came from Stewart County., Tennessee but, this has not yet been proven by me. About 1810-1820 after John {J. ?} JAMES, was born the JAMES Family line went to Lewisburg Twp, Muhlenberg County., Kentucky. It's not knowen who John JAMES, Father & Mother & Brothers & Sisters are at this time but, I do have a good idea. John JAMES, first Wife: Malinda WELCH {Daug. Of: Osias WELCH & Elizabeth ROLAND-ROWLAND}, married in Muhlenberg County., Kentucky. They had 10 children all but, the last 3 where born in McDonough County., Illinois. John JAMES, stayed in Muhlenberg County., kentucky from 1830's to 1844 and then moved to McDonough County., Illinois and then lived thier from 1844 to late 1854.
