Mount Ayr Record-News Mount Ayr, Ringgold County, Iowa Thursday, November 29, 1916 The fine arts department of the Village Improvement Society announces that it has secured the services of two highly educated instructors in vocal and instrumental music for Mount Ayr. They are teachers in Graceland College at Lamoni and they have consented to give lessons one day of each week. The society has about 22 pupils to start out with and it is hoped others will take advantage of this rare opportunity. Transcription by Sharon R. Becker
