The purpose of the The Decatur County Historical Society is to preserve historical artifacts of Decatur County and to share them through the Decatur County Historical Museum which is located at 101 S. Main, Leon, Iowa.

Museum Hours

Tuesday and Friday, May 13 Thru September 26

10:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.

Subject to The Leon Façade project 2025-2027 remodeling
