NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL.  

  State of Iowa , Dallas County , as:  District Court in and for Dallas County .

  To All Whom It May Concern:

  Whereas on the 21^st day of May, A.D. 1910, a paper purporting to be the last will and testament of Frank Johnson, late of said county, discerned, was filed in my office and was by me opened and read, and the 30^th  day of August, 1910, appointed and fixed as the time when the same will come before the court at the August term then to be held for final proof and probate, as the duly executed last will and testament of the said Frank Johnson, deceased, at which time all persons interested may appear and show cause why the same should not be admitted to probate.
