Sept. term of District Court convened Sept. 02, 1918, with Hon. C. N. Houck of Decorah presiding, and Wm. K. Alkire as reporter.

E. R. Marshall of Strawberry Point plead guilty to a violation of the liquor law, maintaining a nuisance, and drew a modest fine of $300 plus costs.

State of Iowa vs. Chas. Warren, Vagrancy. Defendant plead not guilty. Submitted to the court and found guilty. Sentenced to county jail for sixty days and to pay costs.

State of Iowa vs. John Conroy, Vagrancy. Defendant pleads not guilty. Submitted to the court. Found guilty and sentenced to the county jail for ten days and to pay costs.

State of Iowa vs. Ed. Adams, Vagrancy. Plead guilty and sentenced to county jail for ten days and pay costs.

State of Iowa vs. Wlliam Ellis, Vagrancy. Plead not guilty. Submitted to court and found guilty and committed to County jail for ten days and to pay costs.

State of Iowa vs. Anton Jacobson, Vagrancy. Plead not guilty. Submitted to court and found guilty and was sentenced to the county jail for sixty days and to pay costs.

State of Iowa vs. James Harris, Vagrancy. Pleads not guilty. Submitted to court, found guilty and sentenced to county jail for sixty days and pay costs.

State of Iowa vs. Alfred William Green, Vagrancy. Plead guilty. Submitted to court, found guilty and committed to county jail for sixty days and to pay costs.
