Fatine Friday - Murray H.S. graduate - married Melville Soll, Osceola graduate, June 26, 1922. After leaving his dad's store, he took up trucking coal and livestock. In 1937 he began lime and fertilizer hauling, with the help of his boys, until they were called to service during W.W. II. They were parents of four sons.

Duane Soil, born 1923, Murray High School graduate. Married Clara Curdie of Tampa, Florida. Retired as S/Sgt. of 21 years. Served through England, France, Belgium, Germany, Honolulu 4 years, served several places in U.S. during W.W. II. He is now employed at Forbes Air Force Base with Army and Air Force Exchange Service in Data Processing for the Kansas Area Support Service at Topeka, Kansas.

Donovan Soll, born 1926, Murray High School graduate. Married Bette Sievers of Des Moines, Ia.

Discharged a Sgt. after serving 22 months in the Army Infantry on front line, through Germany during W.W. II. He owns the Funeral Home at Murray and Lorimor, Iowa, also the Furniture Store at Murray. They have a daughter, Markay, and a son, Kendall.

Irvin Soll, born 1930, Murray High School graduate. Married Glenda Murff of Ware Shoals, S. Carolina. Served 3 years in the Air Force as Airman 1st Class as Electronic Technician during Korean Conflict. Had tour of duty in England. Is employed at White Sands Missile Range and Testing Grounds in the Electronic Division in New Mexico. Lives in El Paso, Texas. Has a son, Glenn, and a daughter, Lisa.

Elvin Soll. born 1934, Murray High School graduate. Married Twyla Smith of Leon, Ia. In lime and fertilizer business, also farming. Helps his father with his farming, lime and fertilizer hauling.
