SOME OF ATLANTIC'S BUSINESS HUSTLERS

C. M. Baxter and A. A. Petit Land Co.

Real estate in the city and vicinity holds high value and there are perhaps as many large and important deals negotiated in this field of practical business in a year in Atlantic as in any town of much larger population in the state.

The C. M. Baxter and A. A. Petit Agency are consistent advertisers and energetic in their methods, possessing practical knowledge of land and property values. They have to their record some large deals. Their negotiations for the past few months have run into the scores and the monetary value into thousands of dollars. These gentlemen can be found in the handsome new building of the Farmers Savings Bank. The reputation they have achieved is deserved. References: Any bank in Atlantic.
